Only the most premium organic Shincha of the new harvest is selected by our tea tasters for the aiya – THE TEA organic Shincha 2021. The name Shincha is very restricted in use: Only the most precious teas which are harvested in the first week of May are named Shincha. The aiya – THE TEA organic Gyokuro Shincha 2021 presents itself full-bodied and freshly fruity and reminds of a vineyard peach and fresh grapes. The Umami taste is very intense and long-lasting.
This very special organic Shincha is a super premium shaded tea in a limited edition.

Japanese tea lovers add 4 g of organic Shincha 2019 to 100ml of water and brew for 60 seconds at 50°C. For the second brew, use hot water at 60°C and drink the green tea right away.
For a milder taste, add 12g of Shincha 2019 to 1 litre of hot water at 50°C and leave to brew for 5 minutes. You can brew the tea a second time at 70°C for approx. 2 minutes.
