The lottery game will last until Thursday, April 9th, 11:59 p.m.
- We are giving away 5x aiya-THE TEA Matcha Sets “Moments”.
- To participate, you need to comment or tag us an Instagram, Facebook or send an Email.
- Comments which are not respecting the terms and conditions of facebook, the German law and / or the copyrights are going to be removed after acquaintance without further notice. The participant is thereby being excluded from the participation in the lottery.
- The winners are chosen by chance after the end of the lottery.
- The winners will be informed via a comment in the Facebook or Instagram post or via Email. Every winner is urged to reply within 5 working days, either via email to info@kissatea.at or via a private message to the Facebook of Instagram page of aiya – THE TEA and provide their address and contact details. If a winner misses this deadline, the price is going back into the lottery.
- All participants are registered by their names and saved until the winner is chosen. All data will be deleted 30 days after the end of the lottery, at the latest. The comments on Facebook and Instagram will remain publicly visible on the page. Contact details will only be registered from the winners, and used exclusively for sending the price. Every participant has the legal information and revocation rights.
- The lottery is not supported or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
