SHIPPING COSTS FOR FINAL CUSTOMERS

Within Germany goods which cost in excess of EUR 30 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 30 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 3.50 will be made.

Delivery generally takes 2 – 5 days.

Within the rest of the EU (European Union) goods which cost in excess of EUR 60 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 60 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 10 will be made. A shipping rate of EUR 40 will be made for the following countries (regardless of the order amount): Andorra, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Montserrat, the Azores, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.

For shipments to Malta and Cyprus a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 100 will be made.

Delivery will take up to 10 days depending on the consignee country.

Shipment to NON-EU countries (third countries) will be free of charge for order values of EUR 100 or over. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 100 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 30 will be made.

The delivery time to NON-EU countries (third party countries) is available on request.

Additional customs duties, taxes and charges may be incurred for deliveries to NON-EU countries (third party countries).

SHIPPING COSTS FOR WHOLESALER/RETAILER

Within Germany goods which cost in excess of EUR 200 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less thanEUR 200 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 7,50 will be made.

Within the rest of the EU (European Union) goods which cost in excess of EUR 400 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 400 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 40 will be made. For shipments to Malta and Cyprus a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 100 will be made.

For shipments to NON-EU countries (third countries) delivery charge of EUR 100 will be made (regardless of the order amount).

Additional customs duties, taxes and charges may be incurred for deliveries to NON-EU countries (third countries).

 

INFORMATION FOR COMPLAINTS, TRANSPORT DAMAGES AND RETURNS

In the case of a transport damage, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Please contact service@kissatea.com.
  • Please take large-resolution pictures of the parcel as well as the content, from all sides and angles, and send them to service@kissatea.com.
  • Please describe how you received the parcel. Did it have visible external damage? What about the internal damage of the content?
  • Please DO NOT dispose of the package or its content. It might be necessary to perform an official check for damage.
  • In case of visible (external) damage, please submit your complaint directly to the postman.
