HOJI-KUKICHA – SECOND FLUSH 50G
„Hoji“ means „to roast“ in Japanese. The characteristic of the Hoji-Kukicha is as following: green tea leaves with high-quality Sencha are strongly roasted so that the tea turns reddish-brown. A unique nutty aroma with a slightly sweetness arises which is different from usual green tea.
Kukicha is a tea low in caffeine and therefore suitable for consumption in the evening.
PREPARATION
25 g Hoji-Kukicha with one liter of water of 90-100°C, let it steep 2-3 minutes.
