PREPARATION METHOD
- Spread one slice of pumpernickel with half of the cream cheese.Top with a second slice of pumpernickel and the salmon.
- Mix together the aiya Matcha with the remaining cream cheese. Place the third slice of pumpernickel on the salmon, spread with the Matcha cream and top with the final sliceof pumpernickel.
- Place the sandwich in the fridge for 30 minutes, then slice into equally-sized cubes using a sharp knife and serve.
