MATCHA MISO SOUP
INGREDIENTS
800ml | Dashi |
60 ml |
Hanumaruki Miso Paste (dark) |
40 g | soaked Wakame algae |
1 tbsp | diced soft Tofu |
1 tsp | scallion-rings |
1 tsp | Bunito flakes |
1 pinch | Matcha |
PREPARATION
- Cover the algae with hot water and soak.
- Boil Dashi with Miso paste, add Tofu and scallions and put into bowls.
- Garnish with Bunito flakes and sieve a pinch of Matcha on top.
