MATCHA MISO SOUP 

INGREDIENTS

 

800ml Dashi

60 ml

Hanumaruki Miso Paste (dark)
40 g soaked Wakame algae
1 tbsp diced soft Tofu
1 tsp scallion-rings
1 tsp Bunito flakes
1 pinch Matcha

PREPARATION

  1. Cover the algae with hot water and soak.
  2. Boil Dashi with Miso paste, add Tofu and scallions and put into bowls.
  3. Garnish with Bunito flakes and sieve a pinch of Matcha on top.
