MATCHA-WORKOUT-SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

 

300 ml almond milk or vanilla-almond milk
1 tsp Matcha for Beginners Izumi by aiya – THE TEA
1/2 banana, frozen
2 handful spinach
100 g mango, frozen
1 tbsp cashew mousse
1 tbsp protein powder
hemp seeds or pomegranate seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Put all ingredients, except the hemp seeds and the pomegranate seeds into a high-speed-mixer and mash them for a few minutes until creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
  3. Decorate at discretion with hemp seeds or pomegranate seeds and serve.
