300 ml | almond milk or vanilla-almond milk |
1 tsp | Matcha for Beginners Izumi by aiya – THE TEA |
1/2 | banana, frozen |
2 handful | spinach |
100 g | mango, frozen |
1 tbsp | cashew mousse |
1 tbsp | protein powder |
hemp seeds or pomegranate seeds |

PREPARATION
- Put all ingredients, except the hemp seeds and the pomegranate seeds into a high-speed-mixer and mash them for a few minutes until creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
- Decorate at discretion with hemp seeds or pomegranate seeds and serve.
