PREPARATION
- Put apple juice, cinnamon stick, star anise and orange zest in a pot and heat slowly. Steep for 10 minutes.
- Sieve aiya Matcha into a bowl, add some warm apple punch. Whisk the Matcha with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) and add the mixture to the remaining apple punch.
Tip: You can add a shot of cointreau or rhum before serving.
