INGREDIENTS

400 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
Zest of 1/2 orange
1/2 vanilla pod
1 tsp Matcha

PREPARATION

  1. Put apple juice, cinnamon stick, star anise and orange zest in a pot and heat slowly. Steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Sieve aiya Matcha into a bowl, add some warm apple punch. Whisk the Matcha with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) and add the mixture to the remaining apple punch.

Tip: You can add a shot of cointreau or rhum before serving.
