INGREDIENTS

for 2 smoothies

1–2 g fresh turmeric (or 1 pinch ground turmeric)
1 large apple (e.g. Idared)
25 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
150 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp goji berries
150 ml water
1/2 tbsp Beginner’s Matcha Izumi by aiya – THE TEA
