WARM CELERY APPLE MATCHA
INGREDIENTS
for approx. 370 ml
200 g | apple |
295 g | celery (approx. 1/2 shrub) |
2 Tsp | aiya – THE TEA Matcha Akashi |
PREPARATION
- Mix apple and celery in a juicer. Put the juice into a blender, add the sieved Matcha and blend until the Matcha has dissolved well.
- Put the drink into a pot and warm on low heat. The temperature should not exceed 42 °C, otherwise the Vitamins will be destroyed. On warm summer days the drink can also be served without heating.
