MATCHA LATTE
INGREDIENTS
2 | bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) Matcha |
50 ML | hot water 80°C |
200 ML | steamed milk or vanilla soymilk |
PREPARATION
- Place 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) of Matcha into a bowl.
- Pour 50 ml of hot water into the bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk.
- Add 200 ml of steamed milk and serve with sugar or honey.
Substitute milk with skim, soy or rice milk if preferred.
For a cool Matcha treat, enjoy a Matcha iced latte by substituting cold milk for hot and adding ice.
