ICED MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS

 

4 tsp Beginner’s Matcha Izumi  by aiya – THE TEA
200 ml water (75 °C)
400 ml plant based drink (or milk)
agave sirup to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Sieve aiya Matcha into a bowl, add the water and whisk with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) (you can also use a milk frother).
  2. Leave the tea until cold, carefully fill it into an ice cube mold and freeze overnight.
  3. Put at least four icecubes into a glass, add milk and stir every once in a while. You can sweeten to taste with some agave sirup.
