200 ml | water (75 °C) |
400 ml | plant based drink (or milk) |
agave sirup to taste |

PREPARATION
- Sieve aiya Matcha into a bowl, add the water and whisk with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) (you can also use a milk frother).
- Leave the tea until cold, carefully fill it into an ice cube mold and freeze overnight.
- Put at least four icecubes into a glass, add milk and stir every once in a while. You can sweeten to taste with some agave sirup.
