MATCHA TEA STRAINER
The finer and more frothy the Matcha is whisked, the better its taste. We therefore recommend sieving our Matcha to avoid possible lumps. For the preparation of our Matcha, boil fresh, soft water. Allow the water to cool to 80 ° C (for example, by pouring the water back and forth between cups three times or by opening the kettle and waiting 10 minutes). Place the strainer on a Matcha bowl and place the desired amount of Matcha in the strainer. Strain the Matcha through the strainer, pour the water over the Matcha and Whisk the Matcha for about 15 seconds with the bamboo whisk.
