PREPARATION
To prepare Matcha for Beginners Izumi, boil fresh and preferably soft water. Let the water cool to 80°C (for example, by pouring the water back and forth between cups three times or by opening the kettle and waiting 10 minutes). Place 1 gram of Izumi matcha (two bamboo scoops or half a tea spoon) in a matcha bowl. Whisk the matcha for about 15 seconds until frothy using the bamboo whisk. Super Matcha für Einsteiger. Bin durch eine Drogerie Matcha auf den Geschmack gekommen. Danach kam ich durch das Internet und Social Media auf diesen hier. Der Geschmack war etwas milder und sanfter als von dem aus der Drogerie. Wie gesagt, super gut zum Einstieg. Wer schon länger Matcha trinkt, dem empfehle ich den Ceremonial Akashi Matcha. Bisher mein Liebling.

Der Tee schmeckt fantastisch, superschneller Versand, das ist bestens. Allerdings ist die Inhaltsmenge wirklich gering, bei der Größe der Aufbewahrungsbox habe ich mehr Inhalt erwartet, schade.
