COLD BREW TEAPOT – MIZUDASHI
Mizu means “cold water” in Japanese and Dashi means “infusion”. This original Mizudashi teapot from Japan is optimally suited for the preparation of Cold Brew Tea due to the integrated filter and lid.
Cold Brew tea is made with cold water. Compared to hot water preparation, only certain elements are extracted from the tea, giving the Cold Brew its full flavor. This also means that only a fraction of the bitter substances are extracted into the tea. A brand new and delicious tea flavor experience.
For a refreshing Cold Brew enjoyment, the tea is poured into the filter of the pot, infused with cold water and then placed in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight). The Cold Brew can then be enjoyed the next morning.
An advice from our side: All our Leaf Teas are ideal for infusion and is a refreshing alternative for all tea lovers on hot days.
