MATCHA-MANGO-AVOCADO-SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

for 2 smoothies

1/2 mango
1 tsp Matcha Tsuki for Fuku by aiya – THE TEA
250 ml cold almond milk
1/2 avocado
1/2 vanilla bean
agave sirup

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the mango, dice it and mesh it. Put the mash into two glasses.
  2. Sieve the aiya Matcha into a measuring cup. Add almond milk, avocado and vanilla pulp to the Matcha and mash again. Sweeten with agave sirup after your own fancy.
  3. Put the smoothie into two glasses and carefully twirl the two layers with a long spoon.
