PREPARATION
- Peel the mango, dice it and mesh it. Put the mash into two glasses.
- Sieve the aiya Matcha into a measuring cup. Add almond milk, avocado and vanilla pulp to the Matcha and mash again. Sweeten with agave sirup after your own fancy.
- Put the smoothie into two glasses and carefully twirl the two layers with a long spoon.
