MATCHA CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE WITH YOGHURT

INGREDIENTS

for 2 Smoothies

1/2 cucumber
3 ml lemon juice
1 bunch fresh coriander
1 1/2 tbsp aloe vera juice (15 mg aloe vera)
80 g soya yoghurt (unsweetened)
180 ml water
1 tbsp omega-3 oil
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 tbsp Matcha for Cooking Fuku by aiya – THE TEA

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Peel cucumber, squeeze lemon and pull off the leafy tips of the coriander.
  2. Put cucumber, lemon juice and coriander in a blender with the remaining ingredients and process to make a smoothie.
