200 g |
cashew nuts |
150 g | dessicated coconut , unsweetened |
4 Tbsp | almond flour |
2 Tbsp | agave sirup |
1 Tbsp | coconut oil, melted |
chopped pistacchio
TO SPRINKLE
sea salt | |
zest of an organic lemon |
PREPARATION
- Mix cashews, coconut, almond flour and the Matcha green tea powder in a blender, until viscid.
- Add agave sirup and coconut oil and blend well.
- Form the pastry to small balls and roll in chopped pistacchio.
