MATCHA BLISS BALLS
|Premium Matcha for Cooking Fuku by aiya – THE TEA|
|150 g||dessicated coconut , unsweetened|
|4 Tbsp||almond flour|
|2 Tbsp||agave sirup|
|1 Tbsp||coconut oil, melted|
|zest of an organic lemon|
- Mix cashews, coconut, almond flour and the Matcha green tea powder in a blender, until viscid.
- Add agave sirup and coconut oil and blend well.
- Form the pastry to small balls and roll in chopped pistacchio.
