MATCHA BLISS BALLS 

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp

Premium Matcha for Cooking Fuku by aiya – THE TEA

200 g

cashew nuts
150 g  dessicated coconut , unsweetened
4 Tbsp almond flour
2 Tbsp agave sirup
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

chopped pistacchio

TO SPRINKLE

sea salt
zest of an organic lemon

PREPARATION

  1. Mix cashews, coconut, almond flour and the Matcha green tea powder in a blender, until viscid.
  2. Add agave sirup and coconut oil and blend well.
  3. Form the pastry to small balls and roll in chopped pistacchio.
