MATCHA BEETROOT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

 

50 ML orange juice, freshly squeezed
75 G beetroot
200 G seedless red grapes
1 small apple (e.g. Idared)
5 G Acai Powder
5 G Ginger
125 ML Water
1/2 TBSP Ceremonial Matcha Akashi by aiya – THE TEA

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Squeeze orange, peel beetroot and pull grapes off stalks.
  2. Put orange juice, beetroot and grapes in a blender with the remaining ingredients and process to make a smoothie. Sweeten with agave nectar if required.
