HONEY, BASIL AND MATCHA COCKTAIL
|10||fresh basil leaves|
|20 ML||lime juice|
|40 ML||white rum|
|½ TL||aiya – THE TEA Everyday Matcha Izumi|
|ice cubes to serve|
- Place the basil leaves and the lime juice in a food processor and mix well.
- Meanwhile add rum and honey in a shaker and stir with a long spoon until the honey has dissolved.
- Finally add basil and lime juice, the matcha powder, fill with crushed ice and shake well. Pour into chilled glasses and add some ice cubes.
