HONEY, BASIL AND MATCHA COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

 

10 fresh basil leaves
20 ML lime juice
2 TBSP honey
40 ML white rum
½ TL aiya – THE TEA Everyday Matcha Izumi
Crushed Ice
ice cubes to serve

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Place the basil leaves and the lime juice in a food processor and mix well.
  2. Meanwhile add rum and honey in a shaker and stir with a long spoon until the honey has dissolved.
  3. Finally add basil and lime juice, the matcha powder, fill with crushed ice and shake well. Pour into chilled glasses and add some ice cubes.
