FRESH-MATCHA-AVOCADO-GRAPEFRUIT SALAD

Blueberries |
1/2 Handful | Sunflower seeds |
1 | Avocado |
1/2 Handful | Sprouts |
2 TBSP | olive oil |
1 TL | Matcha for Cooking Fuku |
7 TBSP |
Apple vinegar |
1 PINCH | Salt |
1 | Lime (juice) |
4 | Grissini |
PREPARATION
- Peel the grapefruit and remove the bitter skin.
- Remove the avocado from the skin and cut into 1 cm slices.
- Wash blueberries and sprouts and set aside.
- For the dressing, mix the lime juice with the Matcha, the olive oil and the apple cider vinegar.
- Spread the ingredients on two plates and mix with the dressing.
- Enjoy the salad with Grissini.
