FOR THE DRESSING

1 TSP | mustard |

PREPARATION METHOD
- Divide the figs in 4, the Buffalo mozzarella balls in 2 and cut the rock melon in cubes.
- Tear the speck slices and mix all of these ingredients in a bowl with the salad mix.
- In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients of the dressing. Add the dressing into the salad bowl, mix and divide between the plates. Serve immediately.
