CUCUMBER SANDWICHES WITH MATCHA AND CRESS

INGREDIENTS

 

1/4 cucumber
1 pinch salt
4 large slices of white bread
1 tsp Matcha for Cooking Fuku
50 g butter, room temperature
1 pot of cress

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Cut the cucumber into very thin slices, sprinkle with a little salt and set aside.
  2. Trim off the bread crusts.
  3. Thoroughly mix together the aiya Matcha and butter. Evenly spread the Matcha butter on the bread slices and lightly sprinkle with salt.
  4. Dry the cucumber slices with kitchen paper and place on top of two of the bread slices. Sprinkle a little cress on top of the cucumber. Place the two remaining bread slices butter-side down on top of the cress and slice the sand- wiches diagonally in half.
