Matcha & Yoga – two long traditions that benefit each other. Already in the early years of 1197 tea powder and Zen Buddhism came hand in hand as a meditation aid to Japan.

Concentration, balance and a strong body are the main goals in yoga. The combination of Yoga and Matcha encourages harmony, strength and vitality. We therefore recommend to drink a cup of Matcha before starting your morning yoga routine.

Japanese Spring

Another old Japanese tradition held in spring is Hanami, in which people enjoy viewing the cherry blossoms. For a short time, Japan is surrounded by a sea of delicate pink blossoms.
